Dear Parent or Guardian,
This correspondence provides information for your district to access the California School Parent Survey online administration platform. When administering the survey, please note the following:
- Participation in the survey is voluntary.
- The survey is anonymous. It is designed so that participating parents/guardians cannot be identified from the data.
- The results are for the use of your district. CDE and WestEd will preserve data confidentiality and refer any data requests to the district.
