Academic, Career, and College
The counselors work closely with students, parents/guardians, teachers, and staff to facilitate an appropiate course of study for every student.  It is our goal to develop a plan for each student to provide a challenging program that will best equip students for a life after high school.  We promote a culture of preparing students to be competitively college and career ready, and provide every student with the opportunity and resources to met their goals.  Along with teachers, councelors continuously monitor credits and identify students who need additional support.  Support plans may consist of reviewing class placement, connecting students with the Learning Resources Center, student-teacher-parent meetings , and plan for credit recovery.  Counselors provide information through classroom presentations, individual meetings, email correspondence, and information nights.  Parents and students are encouraged to become familiar with the school handbook and ask questions!

Personal/Social Support
It is our goal that every student receives the support they need.  The counselors meet with students in crisis and meet with students as needed.  Counselors can also provide contact information for appropriate on-going personal/social counseling services within the community.
