AERIES Parent Portal Instructions

Visit to log in to the AERIES Parent Portal. Starting in the 2017-2018 school year, Woodland Joint Unified School District will use AERIES for parent and student portal accounts to improve school-to-home communication.
Your parent portal will allow you to view your student's:
  • Profile
  • Emergency contacts
  • Attendance information
  • Grades and assignments from any computer or mobile device
Each family will receive a letter the first week of August with information to create your account. To set up your portal, visit with the following information (your letter will include your unique log-in needs): 
  • A valid email address
  • Your student's ID number (lunch number)
  • Your primary telephone number registered with the school
  • A verification code (you can obtain this number from your school site or the District Office)
