October Deadline

 

Hispanic Heritage Foundation:  The Hispanic Heritage Foundation 2018 Youth Awards educational grants program is now accepting applications. Our 20th Annual Awards students who are in the graduating class of 2019. To be considered, students must meet the following criteria: Be enrolled and graduate in the spring of 2019. Must have a min unweighted GPA of 3.0 or better.  Must be enrolled at an accredited higher education institution in 2019 - 2020. Be of Hispanic heritage (includes Spain, Brazil, Philippines). If selected, attendance to the regional awards ceremony is mandatory and travel is at the recipient’s expense. Last student must be a permanent resident, U.S. citizen, or qualify under the DACA. Make the U Scholarship: To be eligible for this scholarship student must: Show academic excellence, and demonstrate dedication to community service. There will be (31) $15,000 each awards given. American Music Student Scholarship Program: To be eligible for this scholarship student must: Be currently enrolled full-time in an American college, technical institute, or high school senior planning to attend a college or post-secondary institution in 2019. Branson Shows Inspired Scholarship: To be eligible for this scholarship student must: Be a legal resident of the United States between the ages of 16 and 19, Be attending a high school or another type of accredited educational institution of higher learning. Wendy’s High School Heisman Scholarship: To be eligible for this scholarship student must: Have a GPA of 3.0 or better, and participate in at least one of the 47 sports recognized by the International Olympic Committee in the summer and winter Olympic Games. Dr. Pepper Tuition Giveaway: To be eligible for this scholarship student must: Be a legal resident of the 50 United States, be between the ages of 18-24. (20) awards of $100,000 each. VIP Scholarship: To be eligible for this scholarship student must: Be a United States citizen and currently be enrolled in college or high school, and must be at least 13 years of age or older. Coca-Cola Scholars Program: To be eligible for this scholarship student must: Be a current high school (or home-schooled) student attending a school in the U.S. (or select home-schooled) student attending a school in the U.S. (or select DoD schools) who will graduate during the 2018-2019 academic school year. (150) $20,000 awards will be given. The deadline to apply is October 31, 2018. HP Scholarship: To be eligible for this scholarship student must: Be a legal resident of the 50 United States and DC, be 13 years or older at the time of entry. (1) Award of $1,000 will be given. SP Scholarship: To be eligible for this scholarship student must: Be at least 13 years old and enrolled or will enroll in college or university in the U.S., be a legal resident of the U.S. or Puerto Rico. November Deadline

 

2018 Good Tidings Community Service Scholarship:  This scholarship is an excellent opportunity for low-income high school seniors who have committed themselves to community service. We are offering 10 scholarships for $10,000 each.  The deadline to apply is Nov 8, 2018.

Most Valuable Student Scholarship:  The Elks National Foundation awards college scholarships to a total of 500 high school seniors nationwide. There will be (two) $50,000, (two) $40,000, (two) $30,000, (14) $20,000, and (480) $4,000.  The deadline to apply is November 15, 2018. To apply go to: www.enf.elks.org/mvs .  


NCWIT Award For Aspirations In Computing: To be eligible for this scholarship student must: Be a female that is 13 years of age or older, be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident who attends school in the U.S. or is a U.S. citizen attending school in Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or on a U.S. overseas military base. (391) $500 awards will be given. The deadline to apply is November 12, 2018. North American Van Lines Logistics Scholarship: To be eligible for this scholarship a student must: Be a U.S. Citizen (or permanent resident), be enrolled (or enrolling) as a full time student of an accredited college/university within the United States for completion of an undergraduate degree in Logistics or equivalent field. (5) awards of $1,000 each will be given. The deadline to apply is December 15, 2018. Dolman Law Group Scholarship: To be eligible for this scholarship a student must: Be currently attending or planning to attend a college or university during the 2019-2020 academic year, be in-good academic standing with your current educational institution. January Deadline

 

10 Words or Less Scholarship: To be eligible for this scholarship a student must: Be between the ages of 14 -25 who will be attending school in the Fall of 2019. (1) Award of $500 will be given. February Deadline

 

2019 John and Eunice Davidson Scholarship:  Students eligible for this scholarship shall: Be a graduating senior of Woodland High School, Be pursuing a career in health-related field, Have been accepted to an on-campus two or four college or university in California, Student must continue to attend classes and keep a min 2.5 GPA.  Submit a scholarship application through the on-line form at: www.growyourgiving.org/scholarships . Scholarship amount $2,500 awarded and paid in two equal installments for up to four years.  The deadline to apply is Feb 21, 2019.


National Co-Op Scholarship Program:  To qualify for this scholarship, students must:  Have a GPA of 3.5 or better, Apply for admission for the 2019-2020 academic year at institution(s) you select on the scholarship application, Meet other scholarship criteria as established by the institution(s) selected on the application.
