Woodland High School is fortunate enough to partner with Woodland Community College to assist and support seniors with their transition to college, and to assist current students with taking college classes while in high school.
Current Woodland High School students who would like to take college courses while in high school can take college courses for free (books are not included in the free tuition). Current students need to work with their counselor to get approval to take the college courses. Here is some information about the process to sign up for classes, and here is some information about which classes can be used to meet high school graduation requirements.
Current high school seniors will receive application help and dedicated support for enrolling in and choosing classes at Woodland Community College in March of each school year.
Our liaison who will be visiting classes and hosting informational meetings is Alberto Miranda
